Black Peppercorn Strawberry Bourbon Smash


2 Mint Leaves

1 oz Black Peppercorn Simple Syrup

2-4 (depending on size) cleaned hulled Strawberries

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

4 oz Bourbon



  • Muddle mint with black peppercorn simple syrup

  • Add strawberries and lemon juice to muddle and smash until well incorporated

  • Add bourbon and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled

  • Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired

Makes two cocktails or a single double
