Blueberry Basil Pineapple Jalapeño Gin Smash


2 Fresh Basil Leaves

1 Tablespoon Fresh or Frozen (thawed) Blueberries

4 oz Gin



  • Muddle the basil, blueberries, and pineapple jalapeño pepper jelly together in a cocktail shaker, or other similar-sized vessel.

  • Add gin and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled.

  • Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired with additional basil and blueberries.

Makes two cocktails or a single double
