2 Fresh Basil Leaves
1 Tablespoon Fresh or Frozen (thawed) Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Pineapple Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
6 Cherries, no need to pit
4 oz Gin
Muddle the basil, blueberries, and pineapple jalapeño pepper jelly together in a cocktail shaker, or other similar-sized vessel.
Add gin and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled.
Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired with additional basil and blueberries.
Makes two cocktails or a single double
