Chile Verde Chicken Tacos


12 regular – 24 street Corn Tortillas

2 Cups shredded Green Cabbage of any sort

1/4 slivered Red Onion

Sliced Limes

Sour Cream or Crema


  • Warm tortillas – I do this on a griddle, and store for heat in a lidded crock or tortilla warmer.

  • Assemble: top tortillas with shredded chicken, cabbage, onions, lime and sour cream/crema.
