4 Pounds Shredded Roasted Chile Verde Chicken Thighs
12 regular – 24 street Corn Tortillas
2 Cups shredded Green Cabbage of any sort
1/4 slivered Red Onion
Sour Cream or Crema
Warm tortillas – I do this on a griddle, and store for heat in a lidded crock or tortilla warmer.
Assemble: top tortillas with shredded chicken, cabbage, onions, lime and sour cream/crema.
