Golden Pluot Boubon Smash


2 Mint Leaves

1/2 oz Honey Habanero Simple Syrup

1/2 oz Nutmeg Simple Syrup

1 Golden Pluot*, split and pit removed

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

4 oz Bourbon



  • Muddle mint with habenro and nutmeg simple syrups

  • Add pluot and lemon juice to muddle and smash until well incorporated

  • Add bourbon and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled

  • Strain smash into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired

Makes two cocktails or a single double
