Husk Chile Vodka Smash


1 oz Black Peppercorn Simple Syrup

1 small cut in half or 2 1" slices of Tomatillo

2 Tablespoons fresh Corn

2 oz Lime Juice

4 oz Chile Vodka



  • Muddle black peppercorn simple syrup with tomatillos and corn

  • Add lime and vodka and about a cup of ice and stir until well chilled

  • Strain into glass over fresh ice and garnish as desired

Makes two cocktails or a single double
