Ingredients
2 pounds Trimmed Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Hot Sauce of your choice
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
3/4 cup Pork Panko
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/4-1 teaspoon Cayenne, depending on how much heat you'd like
2 teaspoons Aleppo Chile Flake, or other chile flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
Preparation
Combine chicken wings and hot sauce, brine overnight (min 12 hours).
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Remove chicken wings from hot sauce and dry.
Melt butter in a small bowl
In another bowl mix together pork panko, parmesan, cayenne, chile flake, black pepper and granulated garlic.
Arrange wings on a cooling rack placed in a baking pan or directly onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush 1/2 the butter on the wings, then dust with 1/2 the panko mixture.
Turn wings, brush with remaining butter and dust with remaining panko mixture.
Bake in over for 45 minutes.
Remove wings from the oven and serve.
Makes 4 servings of approximate 6 half wing or 3 whole wing portions.
