Pork Panko Pork Balls

These meatballs are a perfect addition to rice bowls, noodle bowls, Bánh mì style sandwiches, salads and lettuce cups.


Ingredients

1 lb ground Pork

2 Tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro stems

2 cloves minced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce

1 teaspoon Soy Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Marash Chile Flake or other Red Chile Flake

1/2 teaspoon ground White Pepper

1/2 cup Pork Panko



Preparation

  • Pre-heat oven to 350.

  • Mix pork, cilantro, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chile flake, and pepper.

  • Shape pork mixture into medium-small meatballs (16-20).


  • Roll meatballs in pork panko and place onto baking pan, a parchment lined baking pan or onto a cooling rack placed inside a baking pan (any of these methods work).

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
