Smoked Potatoes

Ingredients

3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes or other Potato variety

Prepare

  • Cut potatoes to desired size and shape for your finished recipe.

  • Arrange potatoes on a baking sheet or other, preferably perforated sheet pan.

  • Set smoker to 160 degrees and smoke potatoes for one to two hours (two hours for maximum smoke absorption)

  • Use potatoes in any recipe, they will still be raw, so process per recipe instructions.
