1 cup Water
6-10 Green or Yellow Cardamom Pods - depending on size
4 teaspoons Rose Powder
Place water, sugar and cardamom pods into a pan and bring to a boil.
Cut heat, cover and let steep/cool for 20 minutes.
Stir in rose powder. If you put the powder in too soon the syrup will be more bitter.
Allow to steep for 4 hours or more.
Strain through a coffee filter and pour into a container for storage.
