Cinnamon Syrup


1 cup Water

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 cup Sugar


  • Bring water to a boil in a pan with cinnamon stick.

  • Cut heat, cover and let steep for 24 hours.

  • Remove cinnamon stick.

  • Add to the liquid to the pan add cup of sugar.

  • Cook over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.

  • Let cool to room temperature then pour into a jar for storage.
