2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes Sliced to the size of fries you'd like
Oil: Peanut or Olive Oil
COLD OIL FRY: Place cut potatoes into a Dutch oven or other large heavy pot and fill with oil until just covered. Bring to a 'boil' over medium-high heat. Cook potatoes for approximately 14-20 minutes until golden and floating in the oil.
AIR FRY: Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees. Coat cut potatoes with two Tablespoons of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Spread onto the air fryer tray and air fry for 12 minutes. Remove from air fry and increase the temperature to 450. Air fry for an additional 4 minutes until golden.
BAKE: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat cut potatoes with two Tablespoons of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Spread onto parchment lined baking tray and roast until golden and soft inside. The time it will take depends on the thickness of the potato pieces. 30-60 minutes.
