Cardamom + Pear Cava Cooler

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Cardamom Syrup

1/2 Cup Pear Brandy

2-3 Pears, sliced

1 Bottle Cava

Cardamom Bitters

Preparation

  • Combine cardamom syrup, pear brandy and sliced pears.

  • Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

  • To serve:

  • Fill glass with ice.

  • Add a dash of cardamom bitters to the glass.

  • Add a couple slices of pears from the syrup, brandy, fruit mixture along with 1-2 oz of the brandy/syrup mixture to the glass.

  • Top glass up with cava and give a gentle stir.

Makes approximately 6 cocktails.
