1/2 Cup Cardamom Syrup
1/2 Cup Pear Brandy
2-3 Pears, sliced
1 Bottle Cava
Combine cardamom syrup, pear brandy and sliced pears.
Chill mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Fill glass with ice.
Add a dash of cardamom bitters to the glass.
Add a couple slices of pears from the syrup, brandy, fruit mixture along with 1-2 oz of the brandy/syrup mixture to the glass.
Top glass up with cava and give a gentle stir.
Makes approximately 6 cocktails.
