Rosemary Red Sauce

I use this very simple savory sauce I use for many family favorites: calzone, pizza and spaghetti Os.


1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh Rosemary

1 teaspoon ground pepper

1-2 teaspoons kosher sea salt (salt to your own taste)

1 teaspoon granulated onion

2 teaspoons granulated garlic

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

24-28 oz Tomato Sauce

1 cup water


  • Over medium heat gently cook all Rosemary, pepper, salt, granulated onion, granulated garlic in olive for about 1-2 minutes (until fragrant)

  • Add tomato sauce and water to the pot and cook over medium heat for at least 15 minutes, stirring as needed.
