Cabbage Salsa


2 cups finely sliced and chopped Green Cabbage

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1-2 Jalapeños finely diced

1/2 cup finely diced White Onion

2 Tablespoons finely minced cilantro

Juice of 1 lime


  • Mix all ingredients and let rest at least 30 minutes, occasionally mixing to ensure distribution of the accumulating brine.
