1/2 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Habanero Sugar
1/2 cup Water
Add the honey, sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Cut the heat and add grated nutmeg. You can either add in a sachet and submerge or add directly to the pot and strain after steeping.
Pour into a glass jar with tight lid.
NOTE: Simple syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about one month.
