Tarragon Pickled Onion

Ingredients

2 cups halved and sliced Red Onion

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

2 Tablespoons finely sliced Fresh Tarragon

1/2 cup Champagne Vinegar


Prepare

  • Mix all ingredients and let rest at least one hour, occasionally mixing to ensure distribution of the accumulating brine.
